After attending the Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival in Estes Park, Colorado in 2023, I was somewhat disappointed in the availability of authentic Irish food choices.  After doing further research into other Irish festivals in the United States, I came across what is billed as the largest Irish festival in the world – in Milwaukee.  Amidst great performers and talented artisans, there was no Irish food being sold.  No food even resembling something from Ireland. That seemed ridiculous. That needed to be fixed.  Blarney Foods was born.

With a love for keeping my Irish heritage alive through traditional food, and success and compliments serving my homemade Corned Beef (traditional American/Irish food), I looked for a way that it could be eaten at a festival.

That was the birth of the cornerstone of Blarney Foods – Corned Beef Dinner Kabob. Each skewer has cubes of corned beef, potato and carrot, and cabbage.

I then added Séamus Slides (Reuben’s Irish cousin) an Irish twist on the Reuben sandwich; Irish Potato Skins and two services of a very unique Reuben Sausage.

I support the unification of Ireland and belong to the Ancient Order of Hibernians USA.  To support this cause, I will be donating 10% of my profits to Freedom For All Ireland through the Hibernians. Also, feeling blessed that I get to share food at festivals in different communities, I will be donating 10% of profits to a local charity, preferably one helping reduce hunger.
